Job Description:Program ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and manage multiple complex projects that align with our company’s strategic objectives. This role is multi-faceted, involving leadership, strategic planning, resource management, and stakeholder engagement.About the roleTheir main responsibility is to ensure that programs are delivered successfully, meeting both company objectives and stakeholder expectations, while mitigating risks, managing resources, and adhering to budgets. Their ability to adapt to changing conditions and lead teams effectively is essential to the success of the program.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of the project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

• Ensure that project deliverables are met on time and within scope, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technical architects, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders to drive project implementation.

• Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks, risks, and issues, ensuring timely project completion. Provide weekly status reports to the Senior Management, highlighting progress, challenges, and any required interventions.

• Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, resource allocation, risk logs, and budget tracking.

• Communicate project progress, changes, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Identify potential risks and obstacles that may impact the project timeline or objectives, and take corrective actions when necessary.

• Work closely with project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Ensure the right resources are allocated to projects and assist in resolving resource conflicts when they arise.
