Programme Manager – IT Change & DeliveryLocation: Dublin (Hybrid)Salary: €85,000 – €95,000 DOE A leading Irish organisation is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a team of Project Managers in the delivery of a dynamic and wide-ranging IT change portfolio.Responsibilities:Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of project managers across full project lifecyclesOverseeing delivery of large-scale IT and business transformation projectsManaging programme-level governance, risks, budgets, and resource planningActing as a key point of escalation and alignment across business change and IT What We’re Looking ForProven experience delivering complex programmes within enterprise environmentsStrong people leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsDeep understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies (Scrum, Disciplined Agile, etc.)Demonstrated success in managing financials, reporting, and risk at portfolio levelProject management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, P3O or equivalent) Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
