Job Description Summary As the Project Manager for High Acuity Care, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and service delivery of IT solutions in Anesthesia, Intensive Care, and Operating Room environments. This role involves managing client-server solution deliveries to healthcare customers, ensuring successful project execution, and aligning internal and external stakeholders. • Overall project planning, monitoring and control of all project resources
• Service delivery design and management
• Responsibility for resilient revenue planning (forecast)
• Synchronization of internal and external expectations for specific projects
• Project reporting to internal and external stakeholders
• Planning, coordination and moderation of workflow analysis workshops at the customer
• Change Management: Coordination of the transition phase with the goal of sustainable change
• Risk management including control measures
• Main contact person also in case of conflicts throughout all project phases
• Project acceptance planning and implementation including definition of test scenarios
• Elaboration of the professional and technical documentation
• Work directly with Healthcare customers and third parties on the development of the hospital workflow in relation to IT solutions
• Close collaboration with the country specific functions such as sales, application specialists and other technical service
• Close collaboration with global functions such as engineering, product management and marketing

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• demonstrate a high level of composure, professionalism, and knowledge of healthcare business environments
• Experience with clinical workflow in ICU’s and OR’s
• Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to develop effective working relationship with the client and team members
• Problem resolution and creativity in solution development
• Strong customer focus
• Fluent in Finnish.
• Fluent in English.
• Hybrid worker, on site presence project dependent up to 20%
• Relevant experience in Project Management or project leadership role in IT deliveries

Desired Characteristics:

• Relevant experience in service delivery
• Strong process orientation and a firm commitment to quality.
• Experience working in the Healthcare IT industry and with knowledge of Hospital IT Systems.
