As a Project Control Manager, you will be one of the key players in our EPCM projects and operational development. Together with other Project Control team members, you will be responsible for developing project operations from the perspective of scheduling, cost management and reporting. You will also participate in customer projects, where participation provides an up-to-date view of the status of our project operations and potential development targets. We are looking for an experienced and development-oriented professional for the position, and we offer the opportunity to tailor a more detailed job description based on your skills and interests.

In terms of workplace location, we are flexible: we have offices in 27 locations around Finland and good experiences of working both remotely and between different locations. You have gained strong experience in project control tasks in industrial projects, preferably for at least 10 years. Experience in project controls in EPCM projects is considered a great advantage in the position. Based on your experience, you have a deep understanding of the requirements of a PCM role. You have a technical or business university degree suitable for the position.
You are skilled in using these programs: MS Project/Primavera, MS Office programs. In addition, knowledge of Power BI is an advantage. You communicate fluently in English both orally and in writing. You have at least a basic understanding of Finnish, with the desire to learn and develop your Finnish language skills further. You have good communication skills and the ability to manage large entities and distinguish the essential from the irrelevant.
