In this role, you’ll support client teams and media specialists, helping everything run smoothly from brief to delivery. You’ll be a key player in keeping timelines tight, tasks aligned, and teams focused-so that our clients get the results they expect (and more).💼 What You’ll Do

• Create and maintain task overviews and schedules to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate tasks related to campaign plans and execution
• Organize and follow up on client meetings and other client-facing matters
• Support new business pitches with planning and coordination

With strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, you know how to keep multiple moving parts aligned. • 2+ years of experience in a similar role – ideally in media or advertising
• You speak and write fluent Finnish and English
• You’re confident using Excel and other day-to-day digital tools
• You can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball
