Job Title: Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + package
Location: Mile EndO’Neill and Brennan are working in partnership with a leading residential developer who are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Site Manager who is ready for the next step up to join their team on a major multi-phase residential scheme based in Mile EndThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-established, well-financed business delivering high-quality residential developments across the capital. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of construction delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with programme and design specifications
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, direct labour, and site logistics
• Manage project budgets, cost tracking, and reporting in conjunction with the commercial team
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies
• Liaise with design, commercial, and technical teams to resolve issues and drive project progress
• Chair regular site meetings and produce reports for senior management
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including local authorities, consultants, and clients
• Drive quality standards across the site and monitor snagging/handover processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments, ideally in London
• Background with a residential developer
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and trades in a fast-paced environment
• A steady employment history demonstrating long-term commitments to previous roles
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications
