• At least 4 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in technology or digital transformation projects.
• Strong track record managing the entire project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders (business, IT, vendors).
• Proficient with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiar with traditional PM frameworks (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).
• Experienced with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello, etc.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential for working with international teams.
• Certifications such as PMP, CSM/PSM, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP.
• Experience with budget and risk management.
• Background in international projects or enterprise-level environments.
