Together with our 500 colleagues in 14 countries, we strive for a future with no waste.We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead project execution and ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution, primarily focusing on retrofit projects.
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Manage project planning, resourcing, time schedules, budgets, and invoicing.
• Oversee change and risk management.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferably Mechanical or Electrical/Automation Engineering).
• Experience: 3-5 years in project management, ideally in the Marine or Offshore industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Preferred: Experience in retrofit or service projects.
