Project Manager – High-End Fit-Out Projects
Location: Midlands / Dublin (with travel & overnight stays required)
Salary: €67,000 – €80,000 (DOE) + Vehicle, Fuel Card & Overnight Accommodation
Hours: Full-time, PermanentOptimize Recruitment, working closely with our client, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-specification fit-out projects across the Pharmaceutical and IT sectors. The role involves site visits, stakeholder coordination, and full project lifecycle management, with projects based across Ireland.This is a superb opportunity for a seasoned Site Manager or Project Manager to step into a senior-level role with real progression potential and exposure to some of the most innovative commercial fit-outs in the country.The initial role will be based on two smaller projects across Ireland, with a look to moving to a Major project in South Dublin this year.Salary & Benefits:

• €67,000 – €80,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of high-end fit-out projects from start to completion
• Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure all project stages meet quality, health & safety, and compliance standards
• Develop, track, and manage project programmes, budgets, and deliverables
• Resolve on-site issues quickly while maintaining programme and budget targets
• Oversee subcontractor performance and manage site logistics
• Communicate progress updates and manage stakeholder expectations
• Implement project controls to drive quality and efficiency

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ project or site management experience in fit-out or interior works
• Third-level qualification or trade background in construction or engineering
• Background in Pharmaceutical and/or IT sector projects highly desirable
• Strong understanding of health, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable with travel and overnight stays when required
• Ambitious and proactive approach with a focus on project delivery
