You would coordinate and implement projects in close collaboration with our customers, project team, technicians, and sales managers. You would be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to handover.You would also:

• Participate in the preparation of price quotations and oversee the follow-up of invoices for delivered products and services.
• Review orders and ensure their quality prior to submission, in coordination with customer service and logistics teams.
• Keep customers informed and supported throughout the project lifecycle.
• Attend construction and project meetings, and work closely with subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and manage deviations proactively.

The skills and experience you needWe are looking for someone who has:

• Over two years of experience in project management.

• Familiarity with SAP; previous roles in locking systems, project coordination, customer service, security products, or similar technical fields.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English; fluency in Norwegian is considered an asset.
• Organizational skills and is a strong team player.
• A collaborative, analytical, and enthusiastic approach, combined with a high level of motivation and an open mindset.
