Are you a dynamic Project Manager ready to drive impactful change across a growing enterprise?Our expanding client, a leading group in their sector, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead crucial initiatives focused on Logistics, Supply Chain, and Commercial operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency and optimising processes across all areas of the business.What you’ll be doing:Leading key business improvement projects, from planning and scheduling to successful delivery.Managing and mitigating all project risks, proactively navigating obstacles with a solution-oriented mindset.Driving positive business change and fostering open communication with all stakeholders.Developing clear roadmaps and milestones for multiple projects simultaneously.Potential for expanding into other exciting areas of the business over time.What we’re looking for:3-5 years of proven Project Management experience, ideally with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain, or Commercial projects.A 3rd level Qualification in Project Management or a related discipline.Exceptional communication, presentation, and conflict management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.Proficiency in ERP systems and a proactive approach to navigating dynamic environments.A proven track record in multitasking, risk register management, and delivering projects on time and on budget.Previous experience with WMS or TMS integration would be a bonus!This is an exciting chance to join a thriving Group committed to continuous improvement and professional development.
