In this role, you will play a part in our dynamic Seaborn Team, delivering essential refit and retrofits to the aftermarket for our business.We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects that align with our strategic goals. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage timelines and resources, and ensure that every project meets high standards of quality and efficiency.Our team specializes in delivering automation solutions to vessels around the world. We focus on refit and retrofit projects- consisting of upgrades of existing Kongsberg Maritime (KM) systems and replacement of third-party automation and control systems into our KM product suite. These projects are dynamic, fast-paced, and often present unique technical challenges that require creativity, resilience, and quick decision-making.As a Project Manager in our team, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project execution-from planning and coordination to delivery and customer satisfaction. You’ll work closely with a highly skilled and passionate group of Project Engineers and Software Engineers, and be part of a department that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.We are experiencing strong growth and an increasing project portfolio. • Lead and manage retrofit and refit automation projects from start to finish
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project goals
• Tackle technical challenges and find effective solutions under tight deadlines
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and customers
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, innovation, and teamwork

We think you should have

• Experience in project management (or aspiring for such a challenge), preferably within maritime, automation, or engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
• A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
• Technical understanding of automation systems is a plus
• A proactive and structured approach to managing complex tasks
