– Develop comprehensive project scopes, programmes, and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
– Create detailed project plans to track progress and oversee all trades.
– Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring technical feasibility.
– Measure project performance, reporting and escalating issues as necessary.
– Attend project team site meetings, producing detailed action lists for circulation.
– Adhere to building regulations, planning policies, and construction practices.
– Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
– Establish and manage relationships with all project parties.Qualifications and Requirements:– Proven track record in construction, fit-out, refurbishment, and building project management.
– Solid technical background with hands-on experience.
– Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction practices.
– Effective communication skills with all project parties.
– Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
– Proficiency in relevant software and standard Microsoft Office packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
– Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.
– A hands-on, can-do attitude with the initiative to work well both individually and in a team.
– RICS qualification preferred but not essential.Salary offered in the region of £40,000-£50,000 per annumThe company work on projects throughout the UK and thus travel will be a major element of the position.
