Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 3+ years in managing R&D software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to drive project milestones and manage resources effectively. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.Requirements:
- Lead and manage multiple R&D software development projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience in R&D software development.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
