Job Description:Robert Half are exclusively partnering with a leading transport services provider in Hounslow to recruit a Project Manager.This well-established business operates passenger and staff transport solutions for one of the world’s busiest airports, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely movement of people every day. They work closely with airport authorities, airlines, and service partners to deliver high-quality, reliable transport and logistics services, maintaining a vital role in keeping airport operations running smoothly.We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a diverse range of operational projects, from large fleet procurement to community outreach programmes. This is not an IT-focused project role; instead, you will be driving tangible, business-critical projects that have a direct impact on daily operations and stakeholder engagement.The Role:Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.Coordinate and lead internal teams and third-party contractors/vendors for flawless execution.Monitor and track progress, risks, and issues; proactively drive resolutions.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Prepare and deliver materials and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.About You:3-7 years’ proven experience in project management.PRINCE2, PMP, Agile/Scrum certification desirable.Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Salary: c. £55,000 per annum + benefits.If you’re a proactive and commercially minded Project Manager who thrives on delivering high-impact operational projects, we’d love to hear from you.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
