Join Our Growing TeamBE AWAKE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YOUR LIFEAbout the role:As a Project Manager within the PMO at Hästens, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within digital initiatives, operations and other business areas. You will work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment where speed, flexibility and solution orientation are essential to drive projects forward. The role requires you to be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often with limited information and short time frames.Responsibilities:
- Project management of digital initiatives, operations and other functions – ensure that projects are delivered according to scope, schedule and budget. Plan roadmap for digital projects to ensure long-term success and continuity
- Scoping and planning – define the scope, goals and requirements of the project in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
- Resource and budget management – ensure that the right resources are available and that the budget is kept
- Agile and flexible way of working – navigate a rapidly changing environment and identify opportunities and solutions
- Communication and stakeholder management – ensure clear and effective communication between team, management and other stakeholders
- Working in a matrix organisation – driving projects forward through collaboration with different departments and external partners
Skills and requirements:
- Experience in project management
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects in a changing environment
- Experience working in a matrix organisation
- Solution-orientated and flexible – sees opportunities rather than obstacles
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence and engage different stakeholders
- Experience in budget and resource planning
- Experience with agile working methods is an advantage
