We are growing, and in addition to our offices in the Netherlands and Romania, we are looking to expand the team in Finland and are looking for a self-driven and customer-oriented professional with a strong background in project management and industrial services.The start date will be February-March 2025.What you will be doing:The work will involve bridging the gap between sales and operational resources, managing customer expectations as well as solving the everyday logistical puzzles of a truly global and evolving service business company. In practise, this means supporting the service production projects, monitoring their progress and doing a lot of planning & resource allocation work in addition to communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.Being able to communicate efficiently and clearly with various stakeholders is key for success in the position and you must not be afraid to get your hands dirty every now and then, as well as being proactive and taking ownership of the success of the project are vital. The days are never the same and the responsibilities can be anything from the scale of running meetings with our key account customers to making sure the field team has the correct gear to take when traveling to the field.How to be successful in this role:

• You have previous experience in working with international B2B environment, building relationships with managers/director level personnel of larger organisations
• You have previous experience in working as a project manager and managing key accounts/ working in customer success
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English language
• Independent and proactive working style, resilience and problem-solving skills
• You need to be able to shine also in hectic situations

• Ability to handle multiple things at the same time while not letting anything drop is vital
