Project ManagerPosition: Project manager Location: Buckinghamshire Contract role Rate: flexibleKey requirementsCertifications– SMSTS (Site Management safety training Scheme)– First Aid– CSCS– Enhanced DBSStart : May 2025ResponsibilitiesBackgroundRefurbishment of a school (£1.3 million pound project)Shift patterns: 7.30am until 5pm – Monday to Friday – 3 month refurb– Manage Site managers and coordinate day-to-day site operations– Conduct Health & Safety inspections, including regular site assessments– Project progress to meet deadlines– Attending Site on a weekly basis– Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.– Overseeing site operations– Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to the highest quality– Delivering site meetings with all management and subcontractors– Liaising with the client in a professional mannerSkills and Competences– Strong Leadership and organizational skills– Excellent communication skills– Able to work to deadlines and be target driven

Expected salary

£350 per day
