With decades of experience collectively in the industry, they are committed to innovation, sustainability, and excellence in construction.They are now looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from planning to completion based in Waterford. This permanent role is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company and play a key role in delivering exceptional developments.Responsibilities for Project Manager:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, working closely with site teams and senior management.
• Lead and manage site teams, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with project objectives.
• Monitor project budgets, implementing cost control measures and reporting financial updates to senior management.
• Act as the primary point of contact between site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with all quality, contractual, and health & safety standards.
• Work closely with senior management to manage contractual obligations, variations, and potential disputes.

Requirements for Project Manager:

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry, ideally with residential or commercial developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project planning, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Thorough understanding of construction regulations, health & safety standards, and quality requirements.
