As Project Manager in our R&D Hardware & Project Management team, you’ll manage cross-functional development projects from idea to launch. These projects typically involve the development of complete controller products – including electronics, embedded software, mechanical components, and production integration.“You’ll play a key role in driving projects forward, coordinating dependencies, and facilitating technical dialogues. That’s where your understanding of product development processes and technical solutions becomes essential,” explains Vice President, Martin Mallan.“You don’t need extensive project management experience – but a few years would be an advantage. What matters most is your mindset: that you’re motivated by making things happen, can navigate complexity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment”, he adds.Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Align and coordinate deliverables across electronics, software, mechanics, and production
• Ensure progress, quality, and delivery according to plan and budget
• Facilitate technical discussions and help identify practical solutions
• Motivate and engage project teams and stakeholders
• Report project status and provide clear recommendations to decision-makers
• Coach Associate Project Managers and contribute to continuous improvement

What you’ll bring
As a person, you have a strong drive, take initiative and show responsibility. You’re proactive and is great at communicating and collaborating with team members and external stakeholders. In addition to this, you have:

• A relevant master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Experience in product-, electronics-, or embedded software development – either as a developer, project manager, or team lead
• Familiarity with agile methods and structured project processes
• Good English skills in speaking and writing
