Tier 1 contractor searching for an experienced Construction Project Manager required to oversee a marquee residential project in East CorkTitle: Construction Project ManagerLocation: East Cork (residential)Salary & Benefits: €75-85k, company vehicle, pension etc.As a Project Manager with one of Irelands leading building contractors you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating a large residential project from conception through to completion. The role will involved collaborating with various stakeholders, managing resources and ensuring that projects meet all safety and environmental standards.Key Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and sub contractors to ensure the project meets deadlines.
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are adhered to.
• Working alongside the commercial team to ensure that the project remains within budget.
• Maintaining a positive working relationship to meet their expectations throughout the project life cycle.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a successful track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient skills in project management software.

Expected salary

€75000 – 85000 per year
