Overview:Deliver large-scale business transformation projects for financial services clientsLead cross-functional workstreams from business case to project closureEngage with senior stakeholders and manage governance, reporting, and budgetingUse Agile (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban), Waterfall or hybrid methodologiesSupport internal operations, business development and team coachingProduce high-quality client deliverables and facilitate stakeholder workshopsRequired Experience:7+ years in project management within financial servicesTrack record delivering complex, multi-stream projectsStrong stakeholder, financial, and people management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationHands-on experience with MS Office and project tools (e.g. Clarity)Degree-qualified with relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Scrum Master) preferredPreferred:Consulting backgroundStrong problem-solving and facilitation skillsComfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments
