• Manage comprehensive high-voltage projects from initiation to final handover, ensuring technical accuracy and adherence to customer requirements.
• Lead cross-functional and international teams, aligning efforts across engineering, procurement, and R&D to achieve project goals.
• Drive product development and portfolio optimization, focusing on time-to-market and increased competitiveness.
• Oversee all aspects of project execution, including installation supervision, documentation, and compliance with contractual obligations.
• Develop and maintain effective customer relationships, managing expectations and resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and inform project strategies.
• Ensure seamless coordination between stakeholders, including suppliers and internal departments, to deliver high-quality outcomes.

RequirementsYour Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in managing technical projects in the energy or industrial sector, with a focus on high-voltage systems.
• Strong expertise in project planning, cost monitoring, and cross-departmental coordination.
• Proven leadership in guiding international teams and stakeholders to successful project completion.
• Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory, with additional languages being an advantage.
• Familiarity with procurement processes, ERP systems, and technical documentation.
• Background in market analysis and strategic planning within energy or related industries.
