This position offers the unique opportunity to work with one of our exciting customers -Nya Karolinska Solna (NKS). You’ll be based at our Solna office and serve as the central point of coordination for all projects and assignments related to NKS.This is a role for someone who thrives at the centre of the action, being hands-on and actively involved in every stage of the project!You’ll break new ground by:
- Support the sales process by collaborating with customers to identify opportunities for improvement and develop tailored solutions that add value.
- Lead and manage project execution from start to finish, ensuring that all project deliveries meet expectations in terms of health, safety, and environment (HSE), financial performance, progress, and quality. You will actively utilize project management tools to achieve project goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously by maintaining an integrated focus on each assignment while effectively delegating technical tasks and challenges to the project team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by working closely with our customer, always keeping their best interests and long-term success in focus.
You’ll win us over by:
- Having solid experience in building automation, with a deep understanding of systems work together and system architecture.
- Experience in leading project teams within building automation, preferably in contractor-driven projects.
- Convince us that you can work structured, communicate distinctly and able to control risk and opportunities.
- Demonstrating strong commercial and contract management skills.
- Having the ability to manage functional design work.
- Experience of managing and cooperating with sub-suppliers.
- Having a background in building automation or a related technical field, either through formal education or equivalent industry experience.
- Proficiency in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken as well as a driver’s licence (B)
