In this role, you will be part of the Integrated projects team delivering project results to business and customers. You will be leading a complex and integrated projects and your responsibilities will include execution, completion and delivery in a global environment. Integrating cutting-edge technologyfrom across the Kongsberg Maritime organization.We are seeking an aspiring or experienced project manager who thrives on the challenge of delivering projects with a high degree of complexity to customers around the world. You enjoy gaining overview of your projects, by approaching them with a structured and solution-oriented mindset. • Lead delivery projects in the integrated projects portfolios
• Ensure planning, execution, and completion of large-scale integrated projects, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and within budget
• Lead a project team and foster a collaborative and high-performance project team within the project
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and seamless project execution
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions

Qualifications and experience

• Project management competence and experience, preferably in the maritime industry
• Master / Bachelor of Science or other relevant fields
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English

This employment may require security clearance by the Norwegian National Security Authority, clearance through Civil Aviation Authority or a background check.You are able to
