Looking for a dynamic Project Manager that can help C suite stakeholders to deliver valued transformational change. Keen on someone that is looking to learn and grow under the mentorship of a fantastic Integration Director.You will be integrating small to medium organisations into a Group Function. A diverse role that captures People, Change, IT, Finance, HR, but there will be other workstreams identified dependant on the acquisition. Any experience delivering in the Facilities Management arena would be beneficial. Experience in Mergers and Acquisitions is also nice to have. Majoring on business integration, post-acquisition.Should have Project Management, project process, finance and project reporting is a key part of the role. Governance / Control and Stakeholder Management and be prepared to have sensitive and at times difficult conversations. Performing all aspect around onboarding a company and helping execute the 100 day integration plan.
Ideally someone that has done something similar role in the past. Used to working in fast paced environments and understand what it takes to merge organisations in a timely and efficient fashion. .
This role is a hybrid role however you would be expected to be on the road 3 days a week in peak times.
