Körber Pharma Software, an industry leading software firm within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, has an outstanding career opportunity available for a Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of national and international MES projects. You will be managing internal project teams and will be the coordinator between several Körber Pharma Software delivery departments. As well as project coordination and controlling you will be first line of contact with our customers with main focus on customer satisfaction. This role will be based in our Dublin / Cork office but requires the individual to travel to customer locations to deliver our products and services successfully.Your role in our team

  • Leading national and international IT-software projects
  • Planning and managing project budgets
  • Ensure internal and external stakeholder management
  • First line of contact for customer requests and issues
  • Delivering products and services with a main focus on customer satisfaction
  • Technical guidance of internal project team members and resource management
  • Execution of status, steering and team meetings and regular project status reports
  • Creating and maintaining relevant project specific documentation
  • Support and development of internal project management processes
  • Support for the sales process where required, including presenting potential project plans to clients
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members with a focus on developing effective teams

Your profile

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in a Business Administration and Engineering or Computer Science is required, a Master of Science Degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in software projects, preferably in the life science/pharma sector
  • Business acumen and understanding of full life cycle value of our customers
  • Ability to identify potential risks and solve conflicts
  • Confidence in appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills with understanding of the business impact of decisions
  • Self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic personality, ability to work independently
  • Thorough understanding of the software project life cycle
  • A project management certification (PMP, IPMA) is a plus
