We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Norway.As a team, we advise companies of all sizes on questions relating to commercial excellence across various sectors, covering the full Business Sweden service portfolio. Your job will involve managing a range of commercial and promotional projects, with assignments spanning across Norway and further afield in other European markets.As Project Manager at Business Sweden your job will encompass a diverse range of tasks within project delivery and sales.The role includes both strategic, tactic and operational responsibilities such as:

  • Represent Business Sweden as a trusted advisor, finding solutions to our clients’ most pressing challenges
  • Lead teams and work close to our clients in Sweden, Norway and further afield
  • Responsible for building strong client relationships, scope assignments, and drive project delivery ensuring well-grounded insights are easily communicated to clients.
  • Easily navigate both business promotion and strategic consulting assignments for clients ranging from small to large.
  • Proactively work with sales including initiation, driving dialogues, together with the Country Manager and with support of the team developing a solid pipeline for the office.

The role is based in Oslo, but you will be expected to work with our teams and clients around the world, as required.We apply probationary employment in all applicable positions.Core competencies and collaborative skills

Formal requirements

  • You have a higher academic degree in Business Administration or Engineering or equivalent.
  • You have at least 5-6 years of relevant experience, from a consultancy firm or equivalent.
  • You have a proven track record of developing and executing deals with deep customer insight, strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • You have experience of working in an international context and of successfully managing cross-border project assignments.
  • You have a proven experience of leading teams and an interest in developing and growing talent.
  • You have a high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English, meriting with Swedish or/and Norwegian
