We provide our customers with an Integrated Information System (S2i), and a full range of digital banking products and services.
We also handle our customers’ back office operations from two hubs, in Switzerland and Singapore. By 2020, Azqore will have 200 billion (CHF) in assets under management, represented by some thirty banks.
Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to handle the banking operations of demanding customers.At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a Project Manager | Delivery Manager in charge of Payment projects. The teamYou will be part of the Payment team of 20 employees.
Team is composed of the Manager + 8 software engineers (Cobol & Java) + 2 Tech lead + 2 Project Managers + 7 Business Analysts (in charge of the tests also).
You will also liaise with a part of the technical teams based in our Singapore & Portugal offices. Your responsibilitiesAnalysis, development and evaluation activities:
Direct handling or implementation of streams related to the project: process definition, process optimization, Target Operating Model, writing of specifications, report/minutes writing, migration data mapping, system configuration, testing and defects management, deployment, training, change management and user support.Organization, management and implementation activities:

• Manage project plan ;
• Process modelling and implementation ;
• Tests and defect management ;
• Manage project risks and issues ;
• Manage technical teams ;
• Conduct the project through monitoring and relevant feedback on the progress, risks and challenges of the project with consideration of the needs for decisions or alerts.

Communication, contact, moderation or sales activities:

• Change management and trainings ;
• Animation of committees / sessions in the framework of project governance ;
• Relations with Top Management of Client Banks to monitor their satisfaction on the project ;
• Reporting to Azqore Top management on the project ;
• Project management in collaboration with the strategic stakeholders of the Client Banks and continuous progress communication to governing instances (Steering Committees, Comex members, …)

Financial and control activities

• Budget monitoring of the project ;
• Time-sheets follow-up ;
• Invoices control.
