​As Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivering high-quality engineering services to clients across the renewable energy sector. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure technical excellence throughout each phase of delivery.This position is ideal for a proactive and organized professional with a background in engineering project management, who is passionate about contributing to a more sustainable energy future.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and oversee the delivery of engineering projects within the renewable energy sector.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure compliance with technical standards, health & safety regulations, and contractual requirements.Candidate ProfileMinimum 3 years of relevant project management experience, ideally within the renewable energy industry.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Fluent in both Finnish and English (written and spoken).Based in Finland.
