Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring quality, programme, and compliance standards are met while driving value creation and cost control in collaboration with the commercial team. You will manage relationships with subcontractors, statutory authorities, JV partners, and local communities while overseeing the full product lifecycle from inception to aftersales. The role also includes leading value engineering, optimizing building systems, and implementing best practices in project controls, performance management, and reporting.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering large-scale projects, excellent knowledge of building regulations, and proven leadership in high-performing teams.
