Role: Window and Door Contracts Manager
Location: Nationwide
Job Type: Permanent – Full time
Salary: Depending on experienceAt Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Contracts Manager in the Window and Door industry to join our client’s growing team based all across the country. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Window and Door Contracts Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.What’s on Offer:

Your new role includes:

• Oversee the planning and execution of window and door installation projects
• Coordinate with clients to determine project scope, specifications, and budget
• Schedule and manage project timelines to ensure timely completion, as well as budgets and financial reports
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors for project delivery
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing questions and concerns throughout the project lifecycle

Experience you need:

• Proven experience in project management in the window and door industry necessary
• Strong knowledge of window and door products and installation techniques
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
