Job Description:Eaton´s new campus for its critical power systems in Vantaa, Finland, integrates all current activities into a much larger site. Campus is completed by the end of 2023, and the 16,500 m² site will house research and development, manufacturing, warehousing, sales and service under one roof and will create up to 100 additional jobs.As one of the world’s largest manufacturers of three-phase uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), Eaton’s expansion in this area is driven by strong business growth and the demand for systems that ensure business continuity. Then we want to hear about you!What you’ll do:As a Project Support Manager – Facility and Construction you will be responsible for leading the facility subproject to ensure facility to meet business growth requirements. You are going to lead the internal requirements planning, co-operation with other subproject teams, construction companies & other stakeholders, planning and execution of the floor space usage in facility. Further responsibilities are:Establish facility subproject teamLead the subproject planning, designing and executionDefine facility infra to meet business requirements and investigate need for factory extensionActive cooperation with support subproject teams, to harmonize he plans, and support them be able to implement required facility changesEnsure optimal facility space usage, design and execute layout changes to meet business needsDefine needs for subcontracting to optimize layout and support growthMain contact towards Property management agency and other facility service providers and landlordEnsure local regulatory, insurance company, and Eaton specific requirements concerning the facility are implemented throughout the facility extension projectParticipate meetings with construction company on planning, and also on construction site meetingsProject covers collecting and summarizing the business needs for the layout optimization and possible facility extensionCo-operate with Eaton stakeholders to get quotations from service providersProvide information and required plans for possible execution of layout changes and facility extension, being the link between service providers, construction company and Eaton on down to detail level choicesCoordinating with project management and finance on financial planning and cost trackingQualifications:5 year experience with facility and construction managementStrong knowledge on safety regulations and other safety topicsUniversity degreeSkills:Experience on Engineering in Property ManagementProject management skills & toolsAbility to lead changeNegotiations skills, communication skills, project management skills, financial understanding related to project, influencing skillsFluent Finnish and EnglishCoordination skills with various stakeholdersWhat we can offer to you:Contract in fast growing global companyChallenging projects in dynamic collaborative teamGreat promotional opportunities – We encourage internal promotion, whenever possibleExcellent working environment – safety and ethic are really important for us#LI-KK2
