Property Legal ExecutiveLarge law firm with a heavy focus on property have opened an exciting role for an experienced Legal Executive to join their New Homes team. This highly regarded team work in a very collaborative and very fast-paced environment from their offices in Dublin City Centre.

• Hybrid working – two days from home (onsite attendance for first 1-2 months)
• Offices in Dublin 1 – close to train/ Dart Lines

Suitable candidates for this role will have:

• Minimum two years as a Legal Executive working in Property within a law firm.
• Ability to manage own workload and prioritise, communicate in a professional manner with clients and work effectively in a team setting.
• Strong MS Office skills, experience with Land Registry and ROS System.

The work of this team is focussed on large developments of new homes, duties for the successful candidate will include:

• Managing all stages of the conveyancing process – including drafting contracts for sale, registrations of title and preparation of transaction completions.
• Maintaining accurate trackers and providing up-to-date reports to clients on progress of transactions.
• Liaising with the wider team including Partners, Solicitors and other Legal Executives. Responding to queries from clients and other law firms.
• Stamping of documents through ROS System.
• Preparation of scopes of services and fees.
• Other ad hoc duties.
