The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing property operations, addressing client concerns, and ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards. • Oversee a growing portfolio of managed properties.
• General maintenance repairs co-ordination
• Liaising with customers, contractors and staff via telephone, email, face to face and letters.
• Ensuring legal compliance to new and existing legislation on all managed properties.
• Filing and general administration.
• conducting property inspections
• Dealing with PM accounts tasks

Experience and requirements:

• Over 2 years’ experience in Residential Property Management
• ARLA qualification would be preferred.
• Excellent administration and team working skills
• IT literate
• Ability to prioritise and work under pressure without supervision
