Your scope will span international tenders in regions such as the North Sea, South America, and beyond.You’ll work with a high degree of autonomy while tapping into strong global support, including proposal and operations teams in Denmark and Brazil, and subsea engineering expertise right here in Norway. 4. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle – from receiving ITTs to final submission
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Manufacturing, and Project Management to compile and review all bid documentation
• Analyze tender requirements and develop tailored bid strategies
• Act as the customer focal point for subsea product proposals in Norway
• Review customer contracts and ensure compliance with NOV standards
• Support the handover of awarded projects to execution teams
• Explore market opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives
• Drive proposal process improvements and maintain alignment with corporate QHSE and compliance frameworks

5. Qualifications & SkillsEssential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably with elements of business/sales)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, proposal management, or commercial operations – ideally in subsea or offshore industries
• Strong command of English, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to manage complex bids and cross-functional coordination
• Skilled in reviewing engineering drawings, customer specs, and commercial terms
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience influencing without authority in matrixed organizations
• Proficiency in a Scandinavian language is preferred
