To succeed in this role, we hope you have a solid experience in mobile test automation and knowledge of programming languages such as Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).Our environment is start-up like, dynamic and development-oriented and we work closely with Product Owners and other business stakeholders.?We also have cross-product co-operation with other software development teams such as finnair.com, payments as well as Aurinkomatkat.fi and Aurinkomatkat mobile app and IFEC (In-flight Entertainment) teams.The cross-functional, international team is constantly evolving its ways of working and practices. Willingness to help others and interest in learning new things drives it forward. The team is coherent yet welcoming to newcomers. The team is part of Commerce and CX Solutions unit, a growing unit of 80+ people, who own and are fully responsible for developing Finnair´s digital platform and our digital customer experience.Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using native tools such as Espresso and XCUITest.
• Collaborate with developers, Product Owner and QA engineers, to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Identify, analyze, and report software defects, working closely with the development team.
• Work in an agile development environment, participating in planning, dailies, and other team activities.
• Participate in manual testing when needed.
• Contribute to the company QA community and help drive the adoption of best practices across the organization.

An ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Solid experience in mobile test automation.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS).
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience working in agile teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Team player with eagerness to learn new things.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality mobile applications and ensuring exceptional user experiences.
