QA Engineer – Empower Quality in a Leading Fintech ProductAre you ready to take the next step in your QA career? We’re now looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join our core development team, collaborating closely with our R&D and customer delivery experts in a cross-functional environment. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our product ES Life continues to deliver exceptional reliability and performance.What will you do in this role?

• Monitor and optimize daily automated testing pipelines to maintain quality standards.
• Build and execute manual test cases, then turn them into automated tests using Jenkins, Cypress and Azure DevOps.
• Test and document new features weekly, ensuring they align with user expectations.
• Update existing test cases as the product evolves.
• Collaborate across R&D and delivery teams to develop solutions and deliver on quality.

What makes you a great fit?

• 3+ years of experience in QA testing or software development, with hands-on expertise in Jenkins, Cypress, Robot Framework, and AzureDevOps.
• Fluent English skills for documentation and collaboration in a multicultural team. Estonian/Finnish/Swedish skills are considered a plus.
• A proactive, independent mindset with a knack for teamwork. You’re the kind of person who takes ownership and enjoys driving initiatives like weekly catch-ups.
