Join a modern and smart independent optical practice located in the heart of a small town. With three testing rooms and a team of 4-6 experienced professionals, this practice caters to a mix of patients, from NHS voucher holders to those seeking high-end frames like Gucci, Prada, and Stepper. Key Details:

• Trading Hours: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 5:30 PM), Saturday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), closed Sundays.
• Team Composition: 2 Optometrists, 1 Dispensing Optician, and 3 Optical Assistants.
• Parking/Transport: Free parking and easy access via bus routes.

Role Requirements:

• A qualified Dispensing Optician, newly qualified or experienced, with an interest in stepping into management.
• Strong interpersonal and managerial skills.
• A long-term commitment to building a career in optics.

What We Offer:

• Salary: £28,000-£32,000 per year.
• Bonuses: Team performance-based bonuses (up to £400 monthly).
