Job description

We are presently recruiting Quantity surveyors of all experience levels for our clients in Mullingar, County Westmeath. Working on various projects such as commercial to stadiums, you will manage project costs, prepare budgets, evaluates tenders and oversees contracts and expenditures. You will monitor progress, manages variations, and ensures financial compliance in construction projects.We have vacancies available for:

• Graduate
• Intermediate
• Senior
• Associate & Directorship

Responsibilities will vary based on your experience and will encompass all aspects of project management and Quantity Surveying.Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in construction or consultancy.
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of Irish construction regulations advantageous
