Interested in joining?About the RoleAs an RF Design Engineer within the R&D organization, you’ll play a key role in developing RF solutions for the company’s products. The role combines both practical and theoretical work, including lab-based RF measurements, simulations, and system-level design. You’ll be part of a small, supportive team of 3–4 engineers within a larger unit of about 20, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on engineering environment and wants to take responsibility while continuing to grow technically.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will primarily work with the following tasks:Practical RF verification: perform measurements, analyze results, and optimize performance in a lab environmentSimulation and design: contribute to EM layout simulations, schematic design, and link budget calculationsRF system development: improve and refine RF solutions with a focus on reliability and performanceAutomation and analysis: streamline testing and calculations using tools like Matlab, Python, or C#QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in electronics, telecommunications, or RF engineering is required.
A Master’s degree is welcome, but you should still enjoy hands-on lab work and hardware-focused tasks.Experience:Ideally, 3–5 years of experience in RF design or closely related areas (e.g. PCB/PBA design, hardware development, RF testing, or simulation)
Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and supporting junior engineers in the team
Able to communicate insights and guide others in daily technical workTechnical skills:Experience with RF measurements, simulations, and schematic capture
Knowledge of link budget analysis and RF system-level design
Familiarity with test automation or scripting in Matlab, Python or C#Language:Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)

Workload: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
Location: Kista, Stockholm (on-site required, especially during lab phases)
