We are seeking a motivated individual who excels in clinical excellence, leadership, and team engagement to join our client’s high-performing diagnostic imaging team. This position is ideal for a passionate Radiographer or Sonographer who is looking to take on greater leadership responsibility, support innovation in diagnostic services, and contribute to a collaborative healthcare environment dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and motivation to the imaging team while maintaining the highest clinical standards.
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with expertise and compassion.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Specialist Radiographer to maintain and develop imaging protocols.
- Oversee department rosters and manage attendance and leave approvals.
- Undertake and lead clinical audits to identify and implement service improvements.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and professional standards, including health & safety and patient confidentiality.
- Stay updated on innovations and advancements in radiology and women’s health imaging.
- Lead and manage the diagnostic imaging centre.
- Adhere to Human Resources policies as set out by the clinic.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in relation to patients and clinic activities.
Role Requirements:
- BSc in Radiography (required)
- MSc in Ultrasound or 7+ years’ experience as a Sonographer
- CORU Registration (required)
