Job DescriptionThe CompanyWe’re partnering with an innovative medical device company based just outside Oslo. They’re strengthening their Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance team to support in global growth and commitment to compliance, safety, and quality.The RoleMy client is looking for a RAQA Associate to join at the start of their career journey. This junior-level role is perfect for someone with a background in Electrical Engineering who’s curious about how products get to market and stay compliant. You’ll support regulatory submissions, quality processes, product documentation and gaining exposure to the full product lifecycle in a regulated industry. Key responsibilities of this role include:🔹Working alongside RAQA Lead with over 40 years of RAQA experience
🔹Supporting in MDR submissions and preparation of technical files
🔹Exposure working with class IIa & IIb medical devices
🔹 Supporting Quality engineers with product development.About You
🔹 Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar technical field
🔹 Interest in regulatory affairs, quality systems, and medical technologies
🔹 Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
🔹 Strong communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus!)
