And do you thrive in dynamic environments where customer engagement and stakeholder management are crucial?Then we hope to meet you!Your New RoleYou will represent the Global Raw Materials team as a raw material lead for tech transfers for both drug substance and drug product manufacturing.You will also be a key player in Global QC Raw Materials Tech Transfer, actively engaging in tech transfer activities to support new customer integrations.Key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the raw material team and external customers to define the material portfolio to fit the individual customer needs
- Lead tech transfer processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new customers, and acting as a primary liaison to facilitate effective communication.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning testing strategies with customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Your ability to navigate customer requirements and drive tech transfer activities will be vital to success in this position. If you are proactive and enjoy working in a dynamic environment focused on customer engagement, we would love to hear from you.

Skills & Knowledge
- Master’s degree (MSc) within e.g. Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmacy or equivalent
- Proven GMP experience from similar pharma companies.
- Solid experience from a similar role (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English
- Good collaboration skills in a very dynamic environment
- Excellent stakeholder Management skills

The department manages materials and methods for our customers in connection with new product introduction for both drug substance and drug product manufacturing.
