R&D Project Manager for Industry & ConsumerWhat you will do

• As a project manager, your role will be to drive project proposals and see them through their execution.
• You will be responsible for leading the team technically and operationally, promoting interactions and innovations. Your open communication, enthusiasm and drive will be key to create a strong team and reach your goals.
• Together with the PMO office, you will monitor the performance and resources of your project and ensure to stay within agreed boundaries. You will proactively manage changes, drive the acceleration of your project activities when require, escalate showstoppers or issues within the organization and to the customer, and help provide solutions.
• Interacting with the project customer will be an important part of your activities. From project definition until project closure, you will be the main contact. You will regularly report to the customer team, help keep a strong link with them and answer their specific requests. Your ability to receive, assess and respond efficiently to their technical proposals will be key.
• You will seek constant improvements in both the quality and learning speed of your project. We will count on you to bring new ideas and help implementing them.

• You have a PhD degree or MSc in microelectronics, electrical engineering, physics, applied physics, material science, or a closely related discipline.
• You have a strong understanding of semiconductor process integration and device fabrication.
• Customer driven.
• Previous industrial experience as a R&D project, program manager or team lead is a real asset.
• Efficient communicator.
• Enthusiastic and “always improving” mentality.
