You will have the opportunity to collaborate with talent team of engineers and lead R&D projects focusing on development of innovative solutions for HVDC application.How you´ll make an impactSet-up and execute R&D projects together with your project team in alignment with our R&D portfolio management.Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and resource plans, perform risk analysis and monitor the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.Proactively work with the team to identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with the implementation of new solutions. Develop risk management plans and strategies to respond to risks as they rise.Drive requirements analysis, pre-studies, solution development and documentation of results in the projectsAs an R&D Project Manager you will be a part of R&D Project Management Office.
