Embedded in their Real Estate Group, you will be responsible for leading their Property Litigation offering, which is L500 Ranked.Their overall Real Estate team is led by renowned practitioners; further strengthened by a leading Construction Group also.This is a Head of Department role, which comes with Associates to support from the outset, and an established practice to inherit also. Their Property Litigation offering consists of broad Disputes, including;
- Breach of Contract
- Sales/ Purchases
- Development
- Dilapidations
- L&T
- & more.
