Job description

Real Estate Legal PATop London based law firm is seeking to hire a Real Estate Legal PA on a permanent basis, to provide support to a team of Fee Earners within their busy Real Estate practice group.

Salary to £47,000
Hybrid working (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)
9:30am till 5:30pm

Real Estate Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

Formatting and producing documents and any other relevant documentation as directed.
Assisting fee-earners with the opening of new files.
Obtaining title information and submitting SIM/priority searches at the Land Registry and registering applications online.
Uploading of documents and preparing for signature, downloading and saving once signed.
Producing engrossment documents and sending these out to the relevant people.
Providing and setting up iManage Share portals for client’s portal details.
Producing bills and dealing with invoices and any related queries.
Carrying out post completion work when required.
Audio and copy typing and document processing.

Real Estate Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Legal PA / Secretary within a recognised law firm.
Experience of working within a Real Estate / Commercial Property practice is essential.
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office.
