Nearby you can also find a unique restaurant Santamus that offers tasty dishes for every occasion.We are now looking for experienced reception shift manager for the busy winter season 2025-2026 for the Arctic Snow Hotel in Lehtojärvi, which is 25 km away from Rovaniemi city center. Your work as reception shift manager includes variable duties such as checking guests in and out, assisting guests and telling them about the area as well as other basic reception tasks. You will have a key role in supporting the reception team, ensuring the smooth operation of the reception, from problem solving to excellent customer service. You work in cooperation with other departments, ensuring that each customer always receives the best service.Full time employment starts from the beginning of September and lasts until the end of March. Terms of employment are based on the collective agreement of hotel- and restaurant industry, salary according to the agreement.
