We are a full service, business law firm, offering expertise across the full spectrum of legal services including Corporate, Commercial, Employment, Intellectual Property, Banking, Asset Finance, Aviation, Commercial Litigation and Commercial Property.Due to continued commercial growth and success, we are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our team based in our Dublin office where you will work with the wider Operations Team. This is a permanent full-time position, reporting to the Operations Manager.The Operations Team works closely with all teams in the business, and we have a unique opportunity to see how the business works and add value where we can.About the Role:You will join a dynamic and enthusiast team in a young, growing Law Firm who are responsible for managing the Firms central operations in the office.This core responsibilities for the role would include but not be restricted to;Front of house dutiesGreeting visitorsAnswering and forwarding callsScheduling meetings and calendar managementSorting and distributing postManaging administrative workload of the organisation within the Operations Team; office post, DX, scanning, deliveries, etcGeneral administration when requiredSetting up of files (soft & hard), conservancy and archiving, maintaining all in good order to provide accurate informationImplementing project workflows, document taggingLiaise closely with the teams, setting standards to meet quality expectationsWorking with the wider Operations team and ensuring that the business is compliant with industry regulatory requirements and monitor risk assessment activitiesAssist in developing and implementing initiatives to improve administrative efficiencyAssist in populating and maintaining our CRM Database (Evolve) of existing/potential clients and business partnersAssist in developing and implementing initiatives to improve administrative efficiencyUndertake specific projects as required, from time to timeAbout You:1-2 years’ experience in an office reception/administration or similar role (experience working in a busy general legal practice a definite advantage).Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, ExcelExperience and knowledge of Evolve software advantageous but not necessaryFriendly, confident and people orientatedProven ability to be self-motivated and independent; as well as ability to work cohesively within a teamKnowledge of office administration processes, systems, and procedures.Ability to work with several people with numerous deadlinesAdaptable and comfortable with handling a range of tasks in a fast-moving, environmentCreative and determined problem solver with a critical eyeMeticulous attention to detail, flexible and very well organisedExcellent communication skills, good telephone manner and fluency in both written and spoken EnglishThere are many benefits to working at Flynn O’Driscoll:Performance Bonus SchemeVHI Medical InsuranceGym MembershipPension SchemeContinuous professional and personal developmentGood Friday – closedBusiness casual dress codeEmployee Referral BonusEmployee Assistance ProgrammeTax Saver Commuter TicketsCycle to Work SchemeDeath in Service insurance coverThis is an ideal opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team in a busy, growing and supportive companyFlynn O’Driscoll is an equal opportunity employer.
